□Content□
A talk session by Kana Kubota -Freelance announcer-.
Kana Kubota, who is very active as a freelance announcer based in Hiroshima, is also focusing on her support activities for Cambodia. She has been deeply involved in the activities of the orphanage “Hiroshima House” in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, and launched “Khmer Ale” with her friends living in Hiroshima. She continues to support her in various ways. She also has the face of the Hiroshima branch manager of the IMCCD (International Demining Area Reconstruction Assistance Association), which is represented by Ryoji Takayama -an iron- man who spends his life demining Cambodia.
This time, Kana Kubota will be on stage.
She presents an episode in which the “miswritten postcards” collected with ”Khmer ale” contributed to the removal of landmines in Cambodia.
Postcards sent each season, and each one that tends to become garbage due to a slight miswriting, are non-fiction that saved Cambodia.
“I would like to express my gratitudes.” says Kubota.
How did the miswritten postcards, which tend to be casually thrown as trashes, save Cambodia?
Why don’t you think about our “Act locally” together while listening to Kana’s story?
